Sandra coordinated Hacking Heroes on the Portuguese side through Associação de Desenvolvimento do Concelho de Espinho, bringing experience of running European youth training projects to the partnership.
During Hacking Heroes
Director of ADCE, holding a diploma in Social Policy and Social Work. Since 1997 she has managed training activities at ADCE, including the selection of trainees, the development of training topics across a range of fields, and project evaluation. She has been responsible for coordinating two European projects concerned with youth training — FOURTOURS and Leonardo PHOENIX — aimed at developing new and more appropriate training methods for young people based on youth exchange.
